Shri D. Venugopal Reddy established MENAKSHI CONSULTANCY as a proprietorship in 1990, serving the Krishna and West Godavari districts of Andhra Pradesh. The company specialized in civil construction planning, valuation, estimation, and consultancy for various civil projects.
In 1992, the business expanded with the launch of SAI LAKSHMI BUILDING REPAIR SERVICES (proprietary) in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This firm focused on structural repairs, waterproofing, de-watering systems, soil testing, and related services, operating successfully until 2016-17.
In 2016-17, another company, GURU RAGHAVENDRA CONSTRUCTIONS (proprietary), was established in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This venture specialized in building flats, independent houses, row houses, and land development projects.
In 2019, the company was rebranded as SRI GURU RAGHAVENDRA CONTRACTORS AND BUILDERS. Currently, the firm is jointly managed by Shri D. Venugopal Reddy and Shri D. Nikhilesh Reddy as managing partners, continuing its legacy in the construction and real estate sector.
